ADULT SUNDAY MORNING CLINICS 

At Kew Gardens, our Sunday Morning Adult Clinics follow a player development pathway that cater to the levels seen below.  

• Beginner (1.0-1.5)
• Advanced Beginner (2.0- 2.5)
• Intermediate (3.0-3.5)
• Advanced Intermediate (4.0-4.5)

CLINIC DETAILS:

• 55 minutes in length 
• 4 weeks 
• Capacity: 3:1 Ratio
• Cost: $140 (plus HST)
• Drop in: $40 (contact info@kewgardenstennis.ca to find out if there is space available)

RAIN POLICY (PLEASE READ POLICY BEFORE REGISTERING):

• Each program has a rain make-up date.
• If more than one class is cancelled due to rain, there are no additional make-up dates and no refunds for that class will be issued.
• If 30 minutes or more of the class has been completed prior to any rain, then that will count as a session and accordingly, there will be no rain make-up for that session/class.

CARDIO TENNIS (2.5 - 4.5)

A high energy tennis clinic that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate workout. Fast-paced feeding drills provide a lot of volume hitting different strokes that keep you moving continuously. It is a social and fun class for players of varying abilities.

SHOT OF THE DAY (3.0 - 3.5)

This clinic will focus on a different stroke each week. Learn the fundamentals for specific shots and apply them to game situations.

SITUATIONAL GAME-BASED SINGLES TRAINING

This clinic incorporates a game based aproach for singles play and addresses competing against different types of opponents. If there's a player at the club you just can't seem to beat then this clinic is for you! Topics will include playing against pushers, aggressive players, junk ballers and all court players.

DOUBLES CLINIC

Learn and develop doubles skills, tactics and positioning with a combination of skill development, game based drills and a greater understanding of all phases of play. Offered are Intermediate (3.5 - 4.0) Doubles Clinics and Advanced Beginner Doubles Clinics (2.0 - 3.0)

This clinic will focus on improving technical and tactical skills and is geared toward players who have limited experience in the game of tennis.
