Adult Evening Clinics
Join us at Kew Gardens for our Adult Evening Clinics, designed to follow a player development pathway for the skill levels listed below. Clinics are prioritized for members, but non-members may register if spaces remain available 7 days prior to the start of each clinic.
Clinic Levels
- Advanced Beginner (2.0–2.5)
- Intermediate (3.0–3.5)
- Advanced Intermediate (3.75+)
Important: Ensure you register for the correct skill level to maintain the quality and experience for all participants. If you're unsure of your level, refer to our Rating Self-Assessment Guide.

Important Policies for Cancellations and Changes
We want your experience to be smooth, so please review the following guidelines:

Cancellations:
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email headpro@kewgardenstennis.ca.
- Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the first day of the session, minus a $10 administrative fee. Kew Credits are also available providing they are also made 2 weeks before the first day of the session. Credits bare no adminitrative cost.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the 2 weeks leading up to the first day of the session.

Refunds:
- Medical refunds require a doctor’s certificate and are only available before the program begins. Once the program starts, no refunds will be issued.
- Pro-rated refunds are not offered for missed days or unused services. Full session fees apply once a child is registered and attends any part of the program.
Rain Policy
Please review the rain policy before registering:
- Each program includes one rain make-up date.
- If more than one session is canceled due to rain, no additional make-up dates or refunds will be offered.
- If 30 minutes or more of a session is completed before rain interruption, the session will be considered complete, and no make-up will be scheduled.

The Spring Tune-Up Clinic is designed to kickstart your game and shake off the winter rust! This one-time, 1.5-hour session is perfect for players eager to warm up their skills, refine their strokes, and regain their rhythm after a long, cold season.
