Weekday Morning Clinics

Join us at Kew Gardens for our Weekday Morning Clinics, designed to follow a player development pathway for the skill levels listed below. Clinics are prioritized for members, but non-members may register if spaces remain available 7 days prior to the start of each clinic.

Clinic Levels

• Advanced Beginner (2.0–2.5)
• Intermediate (3.0–3.5)
• Advanced Intermediate (3.75+)

Important: Ensure you register for the correct skill level to maintain the quality and experience for all participants. If you're unsure of your level, refer to our Rating Self-Assessment Guide.

Important Policies for Cancellations and Changes

We want your experience to be smooth, so please review the following guidelines:

• Cancellations:

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email headpro@kewgardenstennis.ca.
  • Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the first day of the session, minus a $10 administrative fee. Kew Credits are also available providing they are also made 2 weeks before the first day of the session. Credits bare no adminitrative cost.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the 2 weeks leading up to the first day of the session.

• Refunds:

  • Medical refunds require a doctor’s certificate and are only available before the program begins. Once the program starts, no refunds will be issued.
  • Pro-rated refunds are not offered for missed days or unused services. Full session fees apply once a child is registered and attends any part of the program.

Rain Policy

Please review the rain policy before registering:

1. Each program includes one rain make-up date.
2. If more than one session is canceled due to rain, no additional make-up dates or refunds will be offered.
3. If 30 minutes or more of a session is completed before rain interruption, the session will be considered complete, and no make-up will be scheduled.

BEGINNER CLINIC

Join us for an exciting and engaging introductory clinic designed specifically for adults who are eager to learn the game of tennis and have fun while doing it! Whether you've never picked up a racket or are just getting started, this clinic offers the perfect opportunity to dive into the fundamentals of the game.

Throughout the session, we'll focus on essential skills such as stroke development, proper technique, and how to begin to develop consistent rallies. You'll also get a thorough understanding of the rules of play, ensuring you're equipped with the knowledge to confidently step onto the court.

This clinic is tailored for beginners with little to no prior experience, so you can feel comfortable learning at your own pace in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Elevate your game to the next level! Sharpen your technical and tactical skills with tailored, skill-level-appropriate instruction designed to help you excel in every aspect of the game. Through hands-on coaching, actionable feedback, and high-repetition drills, you'll build confidence, master the fundamentals, and refine advanced techniques—all in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Develop both the technical and tactical aspects of the game while sharpening your skills. Dive into level-specific, high-energy drills designed to challenge and refine your abilities. Whether you're building fundamentals or perfecting advanced strategies, this experience combines focused learning with competitive fun to take your game to the next level!

LIVE BALL

This dynamic 1.5-hour clinic is designed to elevate your game through fast-paced, high-energy play in a competitive "live ball" environment. Recognized as one of the most effective methods for skill development, this approach hones essential elements of the game, including tactical and situational awareness & perception/reception skills. Using doubles play, participants will sharpen their ability to execute quick transitions from defense to offense, enhancing their strategic edge and adaptability on the court. Whether you're looking to refine your skills or simply enjoy an action-packed session, this game-based clinic offers the perfect blend of challenge and fun!
