The US Open "Pro-AM" Potluck


Coach Stan & Colleagues are hosting one of their annual end of season team socials for Adults

and it's free for members (non-members $20);

This year it's a double Pro-Am Potluck on Sunday, September 13th 

(Potential Rain Date: Sunday, September 20th):
 

Levels 2.0 - 3.0 (10 - 12 p.m.)

Levels 3.5+ (12 - 2 p.m.)
 

REGISTRATION OPENS:

Sat, Sep 5th @ 7:00 a.m. (MEMBERS) - FREE
Mon, Sep 7th @ 7:00 a.m. (NON-MEMBERS) - $20

Come and enjoy friendly (but fierce) team doubles for PRIZES and see if you can steal a point or two

against our Coaches and top Player Captains during "cheat" points!

Four / five national teams will compete in their team colours over several rounds

to see who can accumulate the most games / raffle ticket entries,

while attempting to not over-indulge on the international "Pot Luck" cuisine.

As the on-court portion of the event comes to a close, you can join us to view the

US OPEN MENS FINAL at appr. 2 p.m. on the Clubhouse TV.

 

Coaches and Player Captains will be available for "cheat points", game strategy and of course, as cheerleaders!

Important Notes:
 

1) Club Rating: Players must have a Club Rating to participate;

2) PLEASE WEAR YOUR TEAM COLOURS: Players will be given national teams in advance to represent with team colours;

3) Potluck Contribution: $10-15 of regional cuisine is requested from each participant, while we will provide additional food, snack and beverage

4) Captains: Teams will be assigned a Coach or Player Captain, who will manage the play and lunch schedule, provide coaching, and

play when called upon for a limited number of "cheat points," as each team vies for international supremacy at HPTC (and more raffle prize tickets!)

5) No booking token required. No Fee for Members.
